My Journey Through Food.

I started my profession as Chef in year 1997. My first working place is at De palma hotel Ampang,Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I dont have any experience in hotel industry before, but after I have finished my school , I went to KL and stay with my sister. The hotel is very near to her house ,so I went there to find job.

Starting as steward then promoted to be a kitchen helper .After a few month I was promoted as commis 3. The salary is enough for me- for that time. And I manage to Balik Kampung twice a week to see my lovely mother.She support me a lot,and I'm really thankful to have her in my life.

In year 1999, I went for interview at Impiana Hotel Pudu (now known as Ancasa Hotel) as commis 2 and its end as Commis 1 before I went to Lanson Place Ambassador Row at Jln Ampang KL as Demi Chef.After gaining a few year of experince there I come back to De Palma again as CDP .I promoted to be a Jr Sous Chef (since 2007-July 2012). Now, I'm a Jr Sous Chef at an exclusively resident somewhere here in KL. New environment, new knowledge,new experience and new staff..ha..ha..ha...Such a beautiful life as a CHEF....

Along my career as a  Chef there are an Achievement I made for my self such as awarded as Anggota Perkasa Syarikat Anak PKNS Selangor, Silver medal winner in Culinaire year 2007 and Bronze medal in year 2011. I was oppurtunately collaborate with Chef Marco from Italy, demonstrating pasta cooking at Perdana Lake Club.
