When I was young ,I never thought that I will be a Chef . I'm really active in sport especially in football.I Represent my state in what ever game I involved.When I finished my high school, I went to KL to find a job,there where everything begin..starting as a kitchen helper at the 3 star hotel.I gain as much as knowledge i want.After 2 years, I went to other hotel and after that the same proses repeating until today..almost 15 years in culinary industry. and now I am a Jr Sous Chef .What I can see here ,in this hotel line you cannot stay at one hotel only.In order to gain knowledge and to get a better position, you have to jump from hotel to the other one.This because you will meet and worked with different people,different management,new working environment,new rules and etc.
So now what I'm going to do is to achieve my goal to be an executive chef of luxury 5 star hotel,be a culinary trainer, have my own culinary school and produce my recipe ebook.
